Which tasks on your list are best for you alone to do today? Which items could be delegated? What tasks could be scheduled for a future date? Which could be completely deleted?

Now, see the rainbow arching towards you and landing in front of your feet with all of its beautiful colors and light. Focus on how amazing it is to see the rainbow up close.

If not, go a step further. Envision yourself seeing the sweet spectrum of light, on your arms, feet, or another part of your body.
